Not sure about you but if I could see a real line showing the break of the putt that would help me out very much. For weeks I have been working on a method to do just that. This fine-tuning only works in practice mode. In a stroke play you can still see the break line on the green but only after you putt.
Yet after practicing this method of fine-tuning your putting you will have a very clear idea of what the break line will be when you play in a non-practice game.
I use the cue balls ( starter balls) when I am practicing this method. It likely wont be the regular balls you use, but now you will get a very clear idea of the break line. I don’t use any calculations for the speed of the putt I just use the VGG caddy.
I use to just off-ding putt, but I have learned that aiming using a slight off-ding works best for me. Certain courses like Merion and Oakmont have bigger breaks then say St Andrews and Bethpage. Okay lets get started.
